Selenny Liranzo, M.S. is a bilingual mental health counselor who provides a compassionate and affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal. She integrates cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, person-centered, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches to support each client’s process of growth and self-understanding. Selenny works with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, and cultural adjustment. She is an LGBTQ+ ally and has experience supporting individuals coping with trauma, mood, and psychotic disorders. Her work emphasizes authenticity, resilience, and cultural sensitivity in both English and Spanish.
